Closed Issue: XP Shutdown

For some reason, when initiating restarts or shutdowns, XP refuses to close SysPad and shutdown the OS.
Comments: Resolved.
Determined issue to be that some subforms were not allowing the program to shutdown fully.
Had to check for e.CloseReason in the FormClosing event of both the TrayPad and FolderPad forms for WindowsClosing so that the main form controlling the program could complete its shutdown.

Closed Issue: Custom Path not working

For some reason, not sure how it happened, the custom Tag/Path for a FolderPad entry isn't working in 1.5.1
Comments: All code was missing for this feature to work.
At one point I had created a new project and copy and pasted all code to the new project. Obviously, I missed this bit of code.

It seems that Multiline Textboxes are not infinite in how much text they can hold and that the MaxLength value is indeed not ignored.
Comments: Resolved.
MaxLength property on the TextBoxes was 32767. Set to 0 for for maximum allowable length.
